Looks like the battle is on to bring state-of-the-art moviegoing to Redlands.
Harkins Theatres just announced that it plans to build a new theater to be a part of the new Mountain Grove at Citrus Plaza in Redlands. The new theater wil be called Mountain Grove 16.
The theater will include a 500-seat Cine Capri® auditorium and Dolby Atmos® object-based 3-D sound. It will also include anin-lobby bar and plush, electronic reclining seats. In addition, the new theater will have Harkins mainstays such as the children’s PlayCenter and Harkins Loyalty Cup and Loyalty T-shirt.
“We are excited to bring the biggest and best in technology, concessions and amenities to the Inland Empire, ” says Dan Harkins, Owner and CEO of Harkins Theatres, in a news release. “The new theatre will have everything a moviegoer could dream of – the most luxurious comfortable seats, biggest screens, best sound and most amazing guest service. We look forward to spoiling residents with an experience not found anywhere else.”
