The 2012 Tucson, Arizona movie theater scene has evolved over the years with new several mega-theater complexes that house up to 21 stadium seating theaters all playing simultaneously.
The recent opening of the Harkins Theatres on Tucson, AZ's southside and several more venues in Marana and Oro Valley means plenty of seats will be available for more showings. The addition of 3D presentations makes going to the movies more exhilarating- despite the continuing increase in movie ticket and concession prices. IMAX will be in Tucson soon.
